0-1 Offer Creation Tip For Big Creators
I just had coffee with a big creator yesterday.
105K followers on Instagram.
63K followers on YouTube.
His issue?
He needed clarity on his offer, ICP and positioning.
To be honest, this is something I see ALL the time.
Which surprised me, because this guy is CRUSHING it.
He doesn't need any help generating traffic. He’s literally an expert in getting attention.
But with his audience size, he should be making massive money (if he just knew how to convert them into buyers)…
That’s where I come in.
I guess he came to me because put simply: I get results.
Although I only have a measly 5000 followers on X… I’ve managed to convert those into a 5-figure-a-month generating audience.
Approximately $2.50-3 a follower/month.
Which put into perspective, isn’t a bad achievement.
And it’s a credit to you guys really. You’re a VALUABLE audience.
Minimal freeloaders, and a lot of action-takers. No victims. Gotta love it.
So anyway, what did we do to fix my guy’s problem?
Well, I wasn’t going to sit there and try and take him from 0-10.
So we started with the fundamentals.
This process applies to ANYONE at any level.
Because you see… monetisation is a skill.
Just like getting attention is a skill.
So where do we start with developing his monetisation skill (which in reality is conversion)?
Simple.
The WHO.
The WHO dictates everything.
Your offers.
Your marketing material.
Your whole business.
We started by creating his Dream Client Avatar, something I was surprised a man with his audience size hadn’t done before.
So we wrote everything about this person (his avatar).
I know you’ve heard this before, but trust me…
If you don’t know WHO you’re serving – you’re wasting your breath.
You need to know this person inside out.
So…
We took out a pen and paper and wrote down this person’s:
Name:
Age:
Location:
Occupation:
Problems/pains:
Dream outcomes:
Fears:
Values:
Hobbies:
(I would make a note of these things and do this exercise yourself when you get 5 mins)
Then we took every pain/problem and created solutions for each one.
It’s so simple, but you can build a whole high-ticket programme by turning problems into solutions like this (I”ll explain this in a future email no doubt).
Anyway… BOOM!
Now he knows who he’s speaking to.
He can visualise them.
He knows what makes them tick.
Why is this important?
Because now he knows what they want, he can craft offers and they’re gagging for.
See how powerful this is?
A dream client avatar isn’t just helpful.
It’s what you build your whole business on.
Every offer.
Every piece of content.
It’s like I started in this viral thread yesterday….
The marketer who understands their audience best, wins.

This is just the start.
I gave him a bunch more homework to go deeper so he can really hack into the mind of his customer, and start harvesting revenue from his audience.
I honestly hadn’t realised how valuable this information was until he sent me this afterwards:

“Most helpful meeting I think I’ve ever had”
I think he was just being polite, but I was over the moon he found so much clarity from just one meeting.
That’s why I felt I had to share this with you too.
But the next step is where the REAL fun begins for him… I can’t help him get there.
To close this one out, I want you to realise:
Your offer is not your service.
Your offer is a promise.
What promise would your audience bite your hand off for?
What do they want more than anything in the world?
You can only answer this if you know your customer.
Create your Dream Client Avatar so you can give them EXACTLY what they want.
So you can hit them with grand slam offer after grand slam offer.
Which means… yes…
More change in your pocket.
That’s it for today.
See you at the weekend.

PS. If you want the exact template I give my clients to build their Dream Customer Avatar:
Reply “AVATAR” to this email. I’ve got a nice little cheat sheet to send you.
Resource only available till the end of today. Will not send anything out tomorrow.
